We love pets, and they may be welcome, though please discuss with us before booking. We have sheep and alpacas in neighbouring paddocks, and our first priority is to ensure their safety.

CANCELLATIONS, CONDITIONS and REBOOKINGS​

During school holidays and on long weekends, we have minimum stay periods.

Full payment is required when you book. Bookings are confirmed after full payment. You'll receive a 100% refund for cancellations made 45 days or more before your stay. For cancellations between seven and 45 days before your stay, we will provide a credit of 50% of the amount paid, to be used within the following six months. These refunds or credits are conditional on our finding new guests for the day/s you cancelled. If you reschedule, the rate may be higher - or lower - than your original booking, depending on the time of year. This policy applies to bookings made on this site. Bookings made on other sites such as Airbnb will have the cancellation policy applicable on that site.
